An absolutely fantastic remake of Theme Hospital. It's full of amusing puns, funny radio station, funky music and you can customise so much with the steam workshop. I definitely recommend it for anyone who loves any "tycoon" games or the original Theme Hospital. It's also is not a cake walk which is great for those who love a challenge.
