Overall a good game! About ~20 hrs of content on their "tough" mode

GOOD:
- fun fight mechanics (each area has its own set of skills)
- moderately challenging puzzles
- colorful and lively graphics
- doesn't rush you, can go through all the dungeons at your own pace without having to worry about it effecting the plot

MEH:
- characters were largely forgettable, even with their different friendship events
- gear was just for stats, doesn't change look of character

MINOR GRIPE:
- you can't tell if you've gotten the commemorative coin for each area (afaik), you just have to check your inventory against your completed dungeons

As many reviewers have said already, this is very much like Rimworld, but I will also be more specific and say that it is basically Going Medieval but on Sci-Fi Planet Like Place. It's not a bad game at all, I'm sure it can be quite fun, but having played a good amount of Going Medieval already I didn't find anything novel about this besides the "observe" portion of the gameplay

Satisfying UI, easy to start, would recommend

I was hooked from the demo and the full release did not disappoint. The digging is satisfying and it's easy to want to go just oooone more round (for 3 hours straight)

I am strangely addicted to this game, something about the satisfying crunch of metal and wood and the need to clear the entire map before I even try to finish the main quest has this me in this game's clutches

I've been playing this game since it was still in early access and while it had a rough start, it's cleaned up quite nicely. Works like your standard city builder with random catastrophe events and trade, but the map exploration and quest aspects is unique. You can adjust difficulty in the setup so it's easy to learn and get all the achievements before challenging yourself

I've played a *lot* of city builders, and I honestly purchased this game thinking the beavers would be a fun gimmick to an otherwise ordinary game, but I was pleasantly surprised by the thought and attention the devs put into a game that centers on small mammals. The animations for the beavers are adorable, the water physics factored in much more than I expected, and this game has a lot of potential to be a unique city building experience
