Its a very disheartening situation we find ourselves in. Whether we wanted it or not, Destiny 2 had its ups and downs, it also had its extreme ups and its extreme downs. But at the end of the day it was a wonderful game to play with friends. Some of our favorite content was going through raids, figuring out the puzzles and perfecting them together.
Now those times have passed.
I was hopeful for the most recent series of expansions, hoping that somehow, someway the next series of expansions after Final Shape would draw us into a new story, something new to achieve and to finally find out who is at the top of it all. But Bungo just continued to flop, continued to refuse to release content at an appropriate schedule, and refused to update seasonal activities that once were exciting. There's only so many repeated seasonal events where I hear Eva worry about how the darkness is returning that I know Bungo doesn't care about updating or even trying to update their spaghetti code of a game.
Out of my entire friend group I was the last one to leave, the last one holding onto dear life in fear of the sunk cost fallacy. But when I booted up steam this morning and saw that it has been well over a month since I even last booted up the game, I knew it was time to move on.

So thanks Destiny 2 for your great story and gameplay, but sadly I do think its time for this guardian to move on. Maybe sometime in the future some developer will make a model similar to yours and my group will have the chance to be heroes again. But until then-

This is a must play for anyone who loves telltale style games as well has superheroes and rooting for the underdogs. An absolute blast playing through the story and can't wait to see more from this studio.

This was an incredibly stunning and wonderfully written game. My friend and I were hooked from the start and thankfully we both immediately knew our roles. Them for sci-fi and myself for fantasy. Two of the most well-known and well-used genres. Like a good book, it keeps you wanting to keep playing it or at the very least come back for more.

I hope to see more games from this studio, and more wonderful stories. 10/10

Early Access Review
When I saw this announced I was hyped. When I saw it came onto steam in early access I was hyped and bought it immediately. The game is incredibly clean for being in early access and I hope I don't play it too hard that I run into the early access wall but so far its been awesome being able to experience the Hades formula again with new twists for the sequel. The characters are great and the power ups feel pretty good so far! Can't wait to be able to play this game non-stop. Oops, already am.

10/10

I played Larian's previous release in Divinity Original Sin 2. I thought to myself, if Bauldur's Gate 3 is even a fraction as good as that game, then it will have been worth it. Holy crap did I underestimate.
As someone who thoroughly enjoys RPGs and Story Driven games, especially in the genre of D&D, Baldur's Gate 3 was such a fun ride all the way through until the end. When I first heard that it was 3 Acts I foolishly thought "wait, only 3?". Yes there are only three acts, but to put it into a bit of perspective, not rushing through since it was my first play-through, the first act took me roughly ~60 hours. And yes I will admit that some of that time was due to save scumming, but not as much as one would think. The characters are compelling, I dove into my main companion's backgrounds and felt as though I was able to grow and feel every decision they had to make throughout the game. I don't often write reviews, but this game is so good and I can't wait to run through it again with friends, solo, modded, just to experience the other pieces of the story I now realize I had missed.

Wait... when did I get 173 hours on this???

Would highly recommend this game; I've owned every rendition of The Binding of Isaac games and with each one they improve upon so many things. The most updated version of the game is so good by adding new rooms, new enemies, new bosses, etc. And with each playthrough you have such a high chance of unlocking new things to make every new playthrough different. A rogue-lite of outstanding proportions!
