You can only select flags belonging to the british, french, spanish and pirates. the other flags are unavailable, DLC is incomplete and misleading, I am refunding

I bought this after finding a website with all flags, There was one flag i really liked, The flag of graf spee. It said that i had to buy the graf spee, so i did. but the flag did not come with it.

really cool game suggest you play it the only thing that kinda disapointed me was that there are no monuments like the eiffel tower or the tower bridge or big ben
