Honestly feels more like a DLC to the original Subnautica; gameplay is expectedly similar. But an interesting new story and loads of augmentations help keep it fresh. Definitely recommend if you enjoyed the first game, and even if you didn't, there's loads of different content and alterations to previous features that'll be enjoyable.
