Take-Two interactive is making modding illegal for all rockstar gta games now. This game is only good when modding, but it is gone now, so i do not recommend unless rockstar plans on getting take-two interactive to let OpenIV continue the main modding software and most powerful for GTA4-GTA5.

This game started modding, let it continue modding, online is for those who don't know how to mod!

you might as well buy GTA4+ now on consoles for pc is horrid now, i bought this game for modding, not for the bloody story, i can play the story on xbox360 without mods!

update: openiv is back!! but... still thumbs down because i wanted to play the map from this game in gta 5 but they closed that down :/

it is good, until you look at the gameplay, motion blur (which most gamers turn off) has no option to turn off and motion blurs a lot more then real life, and also the modes have no explanation other then explore mode which describes itself
