The consistency of this game is terrible when it comes to multiplayer. You can have the same weapon, a hammer, as the other person, and your weapons does zero damage while theirs hits from half state away and wipes out your team. Then when you hit someone with a sword, it sometimes kills a person. Grenades can one-shot people, and the weapon damage is inconsistent.

Downloaded this game after years in hopes to play it. Does not load now. Thanks devs, I hate it. Great game, used to play the board game and had a blast. This game does not play on Steam.

Game is fun. The graphics are adequate, and the gameplay+crafting makes the world enjoyable and worth the time sunk into it. Personally, I really enjoy messing around with the building mechanics. So far, not disappointed.

Rewarding challenges

The game was not what was promised. It says it is an HD remake, but all that was done was
change the shading! Also, this version Heroes has LESS content than the original! More than half the maps from pre-created scenarios are absent, there is no random map scenario, and the graphics are almost identical. Not only that, the game freezes in places its original never did (like starting combat).

Coming from the original game, where I have literally hundreds of hours played, this game is a cash grab based off of nostalgia. This game is garbage in comparison to the original.

The game is addictive. You combine math with chance, add scenery and characters who's art is enjoyable to look at, and the game has you hooked. If you like MTG, deck building, strategy, good artwork, a gaming system that works well; this is the game for you.
