A friend recommended this game to me, im huge into realism games with a friendly play style, building. Hunting. Multi-player world.

You get to chose if you want PVP or PVE. Have met alot of great people so far, all extremely friendly. A seriously underestimated game. It takes alot of time to progress, but this is exactly the type of game I love. What a brilliant game. Of course it has some bugs. BUT, its 100% playable for me. The bugs that do exist are more so annoying, not a game wrecker.

It can be overwhelming when you first join, but id you can spend a weekend learning - you'll know alot to jeep.the game super exciting to play.

And the best part, the map size is huge. Open world, claim your own land etc. Such a thrilling game to play. And again. Under estimated. This is like rust but OLD FASHIONED. No map wipes, you build and play how you want to. Its such a great game!

Alright, I read the reviews. Its addicting like everyone is saying. I wouldve payed 50 bucks for this game. THANK YOU to the devs for keeping it on the low side though. Truly an underestimated game, cant wait for updates.

Great game to waste time, this is one of those games that really doesnt have an end!

I've had this game for a bit now, the amount of community mods are really great. The dev team put this game in the right path in allowing others to do code mods to enhance the game. Which in return, allows for even more possibilities. You can also take this game as a learning tool to diagnostics and the medical world if you choose. This game has a never ending vibe to it which is something most simulation games lack. I really hope they do a Project Hospital 2. With the medical games coming out in steam and more people enjoying them, I hope they dont miss the opportunity to do another game. This game is 100% worth the money. You get to choose what you want, there is no forced "You have to do this" type of timeline in sandbox mode. Truly, a great game with a very respected "you can do what you want" vibe.

Key points to the game:

* approx. 20 hours to unlock everything in the game (for me)

* ordering becomes overwhelming overtime when you upgrade you mixes

* cops are too easy to outrun

* property types are limited but the properties are in perfect range from eachother

* minor bugs but absolutely nothing that's game changing. Very well placed game for being early access

* ATM deposit limit is annoying. And laundering money amount should be a higher amount.

*the dealers mechanics are really well, the fact that they're not limited to a specific area is super nice. But there is currently no way to have them pickup/ do cash drops.

*no managers to hire to manage dealers or workers. A manager would be nice to have to do daily orders and restocking.

*map size is quite small, doesn't take long to learn the streets.

* you can't overdose clients or take drugs yourself.

*there's suppose to be a rival gang in the game but you never see them or hear from them, ever. They're basically just a story and not actually in the game.

*mixing is a whole chore. If stack values where changed and mixing values where changes also this would help alot.

* mission's don't take long to complete at all. The story line kinda just dies. Which is good and bad. They ended it to where the storyline can definitely continue where it stopped. Makes you wonder "what's next"

* there are no property upgrades. You get what you buy and that's it.

*no minimap besides what's on your phone.

*no backpacks, yet. So personal inventory space is very limited.

*not alot with what you can do with excess money. The casino is nice but it's completely useless with the money your dealers can bring in. I played a few times to gain some quick cash, after that never walked in again.

*cars never need gas

* the vans that deliver product are small. Should be an option to order a van or box truck for delivery with different fees associated with different vehicle types that bring your orders.

* the motel manager is a junkie, i love that.

* the businesses you buy are limited for interactions / upgrades you can't do / not implemented.

Overall, great game lots of potential. If you're looking for a game that achievements are well placed and easy to do and very clear on what achievements are this games for you. The networth achievements can be a chore to get which is what I'm working on now, but there's not 1 achievement in the game that's like "wow how am I going to get that" type of feel.

The amount of patch work is astonishing. Ill keep playing, but missions are very broken. Very unrealistic scenarios, mission targets impossible to reach in search and rescue 100% of the time in dense forest. Mission need a complete rework in general.

and for the updates we are getting, and the single patch that just came out that literally fixed NOTHING for in-game play. What a absolute joke. Its been over a month and there hasnt been a single LARGE patch to fix issues that are being said in the forums!

Not even a patch before christmas or around new years. Youd like a developer would send a massive patch out before christmas - not here.

My opinion, if you dont mind a super buggy game and a career mode that 95% of missions arent based on real times or even close to some 3rd party software - wait.

and for the AI ATC - This is a joke, buggy as hell, And the ability not being able to play missions / career mode ONLINE is a joke.

Oh and if you dont have internet or good internet connection? Good luck playing.

Ill change this review if I see massive improvements. I have 1000's of hours in flight simulator and this one is a pretty buggy game all around.

Amazing sandbox game with great updates when they come out. hope to see more features but it does open your mind and keep you busy!
