NMS has been compared to Star Citizen, especially with updates to both as of recent. Here's my two cents:
No Man's Sky has a storied history, with a wide range of things to do, a coherent story, and essentially infinite worlds to explore.
Star Citizen is making good strides with the narrative and content, features, and their gameplay stability, and will be much more your style if you decide you want better visual fidelity and more seamless/realistic flight (read as: the game is feeling less like a scam).

Using an analogy about bodies of water:
No Man's Sky is a lake, but is shallow. It's easy for you to dip your toes into, and you can keep making the lake deeper.
Star Citizen is a puddle for now, but it's being dug to hundreds of feet deep. You are thrown into the deep end and you may even drown.

However, you are still allowed to enjoy both games as they are.
I enjoy NMS because it offers a lot (archaeology, basebuilding, creating your very own fleet, etc), all while being a stable experience. You are taught the game at your own pace through the story. The game has come a long way since its disastrous release, and what this game has now shows promise for Light No Fire.

what the hell did i just play

i was interested in how they'd pull off the charm of ENA through gameplay, and it really has that same charm as the webseries. the characters are quirky (taski is so cute). the dialogue is just random enough that it makes you question your sanity but also comprehensible enough that you get what's going on. can't wait for the rest of this new entry of ENA!

gameplay: i came into this game as someone who has NEVER touched a VSRG even in osu!. by the end of this i was pretty comfortable doing middle difficulties.

story: what started as a story about a missing girl became a phenomenal story about the world, and about trying to have a positive outlook on life.
i came for the story and music and characters, and stayed for the ADORABLE yuri, and grode.

i love giving backshots to people

first 30 minutes playing and i was already addicted

who said people couldn't enjoy both warframe and destiny lmao
