This game is different from the sequels, which is obvious, but you should definitely not skip this because it's a powerful RPG that does not leave u entertained. Lots of bugs still, but lots of improvements so it's not a big deal. Sometimes the battles took too long and the game stalled for a while because you had to drink just the right bottles before the battle and choose the right fighting style to avoid losing too much vitality... but I'll say this is how this is designed. This game gets 9/10

I'm happy with this purchase. Perhaps main game is a bit short but truly an entertaining one.. of course there are side tasks and other things to do, even collect cats in your endless bag? The fine characters who are adventuring with you are more alive than erlier. Ships and their installations was main reason why I bought this game. Ships & battles where an interesting and a new kind of insertion. When Baldur's Gate was highly recommended in old days, this isn't the same but Pillars of Eternity series is simply nicer looking and more playable than old ones, so why not!

I wouldn't have thought this would be so good and even nostalgic, after all, this is definitely a modern Doom, but all the secret rooms and old stuff make this an addictive and interesting game that doesn't end in twenty hours.. Like Unreal Tournament, multiplayer is good space shooting with good old game modes. A minus for Bethesda, one of the achievements is glitched, are you serious? :/ Hopefully the sequel is better finished.

This might be the best Batman game. Gaming mechanics works with pc as well as console and it's nice to beat the bad guys with Mr. Bat.
