If you can get over the mostly 'always online' component of the game, there's a lot of fun through experimentation to be had with this game.

Monaco is a very good game for the price it is. It's not extremely long but it's fun as a co-op game (co-op is optional) and has low spec requirements. If you like a fun co-op game with your friends and don't mind top down games and not so smart A.I then you should check this out.
