It is just skateboarding, plain and simple. Everything you love about it, Everything you hate.
10/10 because I cannot go back being 16yrs and start skating again.

I just recently got the oculus touch controllers and actually this is by far the best experience with it I had so far.
I am a guitarist and like to program drums for backing ideas etc. I played the drums as a child so I always wanted to get E-Drums to play along the guitar tracks. Space, Money and basically the fact that it would be used more as a toy kept me from buying a drum kit.
It might sound ridicoulus, but paradiddle actually fits PERFECTLY into my needs.
I set up MIDI triggering my DAW drum kits in 2 minutes. Works like a charm.
Only drawback so far is the lack of a kick pedal but hey, there's already support in paradiddle for it. (Need to figure out how I will do that).

Pros:
Very low latency while playing = Fast Response.
Natural feeling of playing the drums.
MIDI abilities = endloss sound possibilities.

Nice to have would be:
- Multi areas for MIDI triggers. Built in Ride has Edge and Bell sounds. Can't set it up for MIDI like that. Also I can’t trigger open and closed hihat sounds via midi.
- Tad more realistic graphics. I am feeling like I am in an arcade game.

Keep on rocking!

Most promising Sim at the moment. GO FOR IT!
