This game reminds me of dark souls 2, this statement likely sold half of you into getting it and the other half into ignoring it. Hands down the best feature is being able to attack your friends. I see some complaints saying that its very hard to attack a target without accidently hitting your friends, the solution to this is to attack them intentionally. Additionally i like to use the shove rune on my greatsword to have friends test which fall distance is lethal, and i recommend you do so as well. Very solid game and alot of fun with friends. If youre scared off by the price tag please seek employment, i hear amazon is hiring.

I didn't know i wasn't playing ninja gaiden 4 until like 17 hours into the game, i dont own ninja gaiden 4 but I assume its as fun as this game is. Open world is formulaic, im not really sure what that word means but the rest of the reviews mention it so i thought i would. Ive been having a lot of fun running around killing things and getting loot. Combat is great. The game runs like ♥♥♥♥ but i like to think thats part of the experience. Please buy the game so i have more people to """help""" in coop.

if they end up fixing the performance issues it would probably be my favorite Team Ninja game but its really really rough and they havn't updated it in months. It really sucks because I love everything else about this game its fantastic but its probably the worst port ive played in over a decade.

TLDR wait to see if they patch it or some autist fixes it on nexus.

I will of course be making no comments about the game itself but rather the other reviews.
All negative reviews for this game can be split into two categories.

1. I'm mad at this game because the servers didn't work on launch night. These are easy to spot as they often only have .5 hours in the game and product refunded.

2. im mad at this game because im bad at it.

Option 2 seems to be the most common criticism for the game. It genuinely blows me that there are people complaining about loosing gear on death as if they've never heard of an extraction game before. You will also find a lot of these people blame the rouge class for ruining the game. A good response to this is "get Good".

While there is plenty of legit and valid criticism for this game, its like a 6/10 as stands, but its 25 bucks and fun to play. Most of the people ive matched with have been cool. It needs a lot of updates to be truly great but the potential is there.

10/10 very mad at the devs as the banned me from their discord for being "toxic" because I would spam add barbarian in chat none stop, only to add a barbarian. Games fun and is just hoh in hammerwatch 2s engine. Solid game and I hope they add expansions.
