This game has a great atmosphere and is very fun to explore but it's a headache to play and mod with crashes, stuttering, high fps issues and countless bugs plus the modding scene is basically dead.

Everyone says it but it's true, ONLY PLAY FALLOUT 3 WITH TALE OF TWO WASTELANDS!

Follow the TTW Install guide on ModdingLinked, it might be tricky for newer modders and requires both Fallout 3 GOTY and New Vegas Ultimate Edition but it's worth it for a stable game!
