This game is just fantastic. Memorable characters, ost, and plotlines. Controls within the trials felt a little janky, but easy to get over. Please play this game

For the bad, The controls were janky all around as a kbm player, just walking around felt awkward but you do get used to it. The game suffers from audio issues, specifically the mixing between the bgm and character voices. I think that the ending was alright, it was definitely a crazy twist but it kind of seemed all over the place. I can appreciate it for what it was trying to do however, as a send off for the franchise.

For the good, I do believe that the trials were at least on par with the other games. The 4th trial in particular was pure cinema On paper, the cast was great (all hail miu), however I feel like they weren't developed as thoroughly as the other games were. The game gives you a lot more things to do and explore which is a net positive as well. The ost was fantastic as well, and I love how the incorporated claire de lune lol.

Overall, despite the flaws, It's a great game that's worthy of being the one that sends the franchise off with a bang.

gameplay wise improves upon the first game in many ways, I think the cast is weaker overall but chiaki makes up for it, and the plot twist was crazy. 10/10

edit: after finishing v3, i can confidently say this is my favorite entry.

despite the numerous amount of flaws that this game had, I still enjoyed it.

story was peak, kind of a shame I was able to button mash my way through the entire game but it was still satisfying nonetheless!
