Game is hard to grasp at the start. Slow down and take in the beautiful scenery. Don't mind the red dots and just go on and do the main quests. The game will slowly makes sense once you progress on playing the game.

Enjoy it and don't chase the high early. There's so much to do in this game, you don't need to rush it.
