Through sheer coincidence, I actually played the original version of Pac-Man World 2 right before the Re-PAC version was announced this year because I really wanted to revisit the game to see if it still held up and I wasn't sure if World 2 was ever going to receive a remake. It absolutely still holds up and I'm glad I did because it also gives me an opportunity to directly compare it to the Re-PAC version. The Re-Pac version of the game actually remixes a lot of these stages, changing certain level layouts and boss fights. The underwater sections have entirely new gameplay as well. The Re-Pac changes so much that I consider this an entirely different experience from the original, it even has a lot of new post-game content that's very difficult. Completely caught me by surprise and I am so glad I did not know about it going in.

More video game remakes need to be like Re-PAC 2. All the new additions and changes absolutely make it worth buying if you are a fan of the original. Makes me wish the first Re-PAC game had this same treatment because they absolutely went above and beyond with Re-PAC 2. I like the new voice acting too. I think it's funny to hear Pac-Man constantly say yummy and tasty after picking up fruit. I'm not kidding.

The Sonic Collab DLC stages were fun too though I wish there were more to it, especially considering they are mostly re-using assets from Sonic Generations.

Game is full of microtransactions & battle passes but they do not impact the gameplay, which is actually quite fun. Doesn't really do anything unique to stand out from its competitors like Fall Guys but that's okay because the game is free to play, fun, filled with fan service, and great music.

So glad I get to live in the timeline where SEGA is putting out great games again. They've been doing a fantastic job this decade.

I was obsessed with this game during the first closed network test on PS5 and it singlehandedly sold me on the game. Steam says I have almost 50 hours but it's closer to 90 if you count both of the network tests.

Game is a ton of fun and the crossworld gimmick helps make every race feel different from the last. I know the music is hit or miss for a lot of people but I personally enjoyed most of the soundtrack as well. The fanservice in this game is also unreal I love all the references to past Sonic media.

This game is awesome and feels fun to play. You can definitely feel the Crash Team Racing influence in the gameplay and the mod support is awesome!

This game is crack once you start to understand how it works. Thought I was only going to play it once or twice but I've found myself playing it at least once a day. What the game currently offers is easily worth $5 and I'm very excited for future updates

I really enjoyed this game! It's an isometric 3D platformer that's heavily inspired by Sonic 3D Blast. The game feels very fun to play once you master the controls and all of the stages have lots of branching paths to take for those that like to explore, do the various objectives, or even speedrun.
