Its a quite unique take on the 4X genre which I haven't seen like that before.

Early Access Review
Very well done game with many features and some creative ideas
Most TDs are very basic and bland but this does really add fresh things even for WC3 standards and has nice combat feedback. My only grips is that you could have branching tower upgrades and not just linear but easy worth the price.

Surprisingly good, the UI feels overloaded tho due to so many things using flat icons and similar white text

The new "Quick FX" seem to be only on the desktop but not on the steam version
Maybe they are crazy hidden but I can't find them anywhere.

Also for editing sounds this is extremely limited as I can not layer sounds on extra channels and then export them as stereo or mono.

There is a maximum of 6 channels, but then you have to export a 5.1 sound as well - you can not just export as stereo like in audacity with unlimited channels to work with, making it essentially unusable for me. This is the equivalent of working on 1 Layer in photoshop. Otherwise it seems easy to use. If quick FX were there and it had multi channel support It could be very good.

Cool game,
Feels very polished, combat is nice with great hit feedback and feels fair, can't attest on replay value yet of course. Also great UI work which has to be commended.

Will maybe update with more details at a later point.

Edit: OK replay value is at the moment extremely light, so I have to change the review - there is only one environment tileset and this felt extremely repetitive even in the first 30 minutes. . Im only at 1 hour and feel already burned out hard from pitch black quadratic rooms which all have the same visual style with spike and jaguar traps, and seeing the next 10 runs the game wants me to win are all the same is a extreme turnoff. Having only 4 Temples planned total (1 available now) Im not sure If this can be enjoyable for me in the future unless the scope and variation of each Temple is drastically better than the first. Try at least recolor the backdrop, the ground, the walls, the lighting to give a little variance. This needs at least one change of backdrop per normal short-medium run.

Still looking forward to updates, surely a good base to expand on but at current state I don't see where the team would get a 4-8x increase in environment diversity which this game really needs (imo) in less than a year but I will definitely change the review when in case.
