Terrible beginner experience but runs good on my potato pc. I think i just hit level 3. The first time I saw a human player was right after seeing my first enemy npc. I had no idea if I was in an online game or tutorial or what. I shot the guy, ended up dead, lost everything I had gotten since starting the game 30-1hr before.

Ok I'm in pvp world I guess am I supposed to shoot people? Are they going to shoot me? Who is shooting me?

I run a couple of maps (the first quest is doing the same map 4 times with different spawns I guess. I start kinda doing ok, not killing people, getting loot, fighting flying robots then some new robot apparently a wasps just kicks my a55 and I die again. I still havent gotten dropped one looting off since i started game.

I make it to about level 3 finally figure out that no not everyone is out to kill me some are players just running loot and squads so I avoid humans, finally break into a big building, get tons of rares, and realize I have no f'ing idea how to leave!! im checking all over the map while dodging flying robots that i dont know what level they are, I'm there the entire map with a loot bag full of blue rares that i have no idea if they're worth anything, I run all the way to a raider hatch because the voice over said something about find a hatch and I didn't have a raider key I needed 9000 crafting material to make one. This is after escaping a hospital, have you ever tried to escape a hospital with a 5 minute timer and not knowing where to go i can't even find the cafeteria in a hospital when im calm

so the timer runs out i have no idea whats going to happen, map ends, i spawn back at the loading screen with i guess my previous items but none of the blues. so now i KIND OF know how to play but what the hell man i just wasted like 3 hours and literally have nothing and this is just pissing me off now

if this is the ENTIRE game, theres no social hub or areas like that that are more open world than this is just like every other boring extraction shooter. nothing like the division. maybe ill keep letting it piss me off to figure out

I love this! Most iF/Visual novel type of games just feel like choose your own adventures, this is a long history of your character and branching decisions. Really well done, it's motivated me to get back into working on my IF writing and games. I love the engine you've made. This is the kind of story telling Crusader Kings etc should have with their event systems.

Good game I'm just not super into the theme. Had no issues, bugs or anything. Ran great. Smooth UI. Great work

TRASH game with rude developers who don't value their players time at all. They've been asked MANY times to add either a developer mode, cheats or allow for players to modify variables that would allow us to cheat so that those of us who have lives outside of playing video games can actually GET anywhere in the game. I've owned this for YEARS and only had the time or desire to put 3 hours of playing this spreadsheet calculator the whole time. This developer purposely makes it difficult for you to use cheat engine or any sort of hex modifier/etc to tweak settings. Numbers are randomized. When asked to stop doing this or let the players choose how to play their PAID FOR SINGLE PLAYER GAME the developer is a rude and condescending know it all.

Since they're such a rude know it all and adamant about not adding this so I'll never play the game I've requested a refund. We'll see if Crackshaft Software will send it.

This is stupid fun. The combats just really well done. Super smooth everything is so well done. I've only played vs AI, but so far it's WAY faster paced than OW and just way more chaotic so it's forgiving. The chaos makes everything just fun. They went hard on the heroes they're all completely different

If you miss team fortress 2 (tf2) this is the closest I've felt in awhile. I hope they make slower paced rounds with lower TTK for that TF vibe but this is fun. Feels nothing like Overwatch.

I was completely lost the first time I tried this but I just played the campaigns first map with the cheat mod that let me fly through all of the research and building to get a real feel for the game, especially with a ton of things going on, and wow that was cool. This is really well done. I was playing NATO single completely maxed out and just obliterating anything Russia, China and NORK created military-wise.

I had a billion nukes and carriers and everything on the screen because I was cheating, I did all the research and there is a LOT more to this than I expected.

There are still a bunch of things that I have no idea how they work, like Special Forces. And I'd like to see more complexity in the mobile ground units and what different strategies, etc. A front line feature like Hearts of Iron has would be really cool.

This is basically a much faster paced and FAR less micomanaged Hearts of Iron meets that Plague Inc game where you just start bombing whoever to start trouble and see how far you can push things. Really cool

I can't believe how good this is. I kept hearing that I need to play it if I was a FF7 fan but I kind of thought it'd just be a 4k version of the original. It's SO much better. Awesome work Square absolutely fantastic game. The graphics are absolutely beautiful. The slums are so cool looking. I can't believe how many memories this is bringing back but with a ton of new content.

I'm really glad they added basically a story mode, Easy / Easy (Classic). I don't have the 75 hours that I had when I was 12 to play this so I'm playing on Easy and just ripping through monsters like Cloud Strife should be doing.

Please, please, please give Chrono Trigger this treatment.

Awesome im a f'in super ultra marine mowing down bugs

I don't have much play time right now because quit frankly I only play one of my 700ish games a few times a month, and I never write reviews but this deserves one. I've never really been able to get into any survivor games, I just never have fun it feels like a stressful chore. I own practically all of the top ones.

I'm really digging this though. I actually want to play it after work.

It's systems, like the UX and UI and just general ease of use manipulating, building, etc is super smooth to use. The only thing that has frustrated me so far I believe is the inability to pause the game and sort my brain out when something happens. I'm clearly super new so each time I get raided I practically have a panick attack because I've barely used the companion or army system at all and I'm rushing to figure out what button to click. I think I've been in 4-5 fights and my poor first companion has died in each one because I can't get the companion system figured out under pressure quickly enough.

I think that system might need some work but the rest is great.

Keep up the great work

PLEASE put out open source server tools or open source the engine. Thanks for the hard work over the years.
