No story, straight into the action. Its a rogue-like in early access. I picked this up this evening and found myself writing this at 1:15 am after losing track of time. If you're a fan of Megabonk, you'll like this. This is still cooking so its a bit under-done yet.

Do it. Its a game that will give you serious time management issues.

The remaster changed the levels some, but it streamlined them quite nicely. I remembered almost always missing keys on level 2 and 6 but the remaster changed it around to make them more on the main paths.

10/10. 11/10 with big head mode.

imagine a world full of dodging and crafting where you can grab hold of your fox companion and use him like a flamethrower to burn all the sheep and chickens around and accidentally hit the passive behemoth known as the King of the Forest and proceed to get launched like you were playing skyrim

there's 9300 people who's tadpoles were too strong on installation which caused them to post obnoxious reviews

The game today, is an inflated mess of the original Rust. For me, the appeal is not there as the shift of atmosphere for company growth matched certain player bases and generated easy revenue with Skins. Not knocking FP for trying to drum up extra income, as its a clean way to do so instead of trading individual skins around like CSGO + Crates. Forcing us to lock skins to "on" instead of allowing us to toggle is a bit of a reach.

The game is crowded with radtowns and monuments. I remember getting LOST without a map and having to pay close attention to my surroundings not just for players but also for the landscape itself in order to get back to base. Players want it easy, I didn't. After playing for the last five of my 1325 hrs, I just uninstalled for the fifth time, likely the last.

Its just a beautification of the original game, replaces the wagon with an AI that cant stay in one spot but can gather for you albeit he is on a short leash.

cant say its worth the $30 as it is right now, maybe in the future.
