Two thousand hours later I finished rerolling my pawns and making my ideology. Can't wait to play the game!

Wildmender is a great game and "cozy survival" describes it pretty accurately. Especially on easy settings.
It's pretty too, even beautiful. I'm madly in love with the glowing fauna and water at night.
The story is endearing. Nothing too complex for such a game, but it's interesting and keeps you interested till the end.

The sad thing is ... it feels abandoned and unpolished.

Don't get me wrong, I highly recommend this game and it's finished. You can play it and you will have fun with it.
But if you are like me, which means you are a little perfectionist who wants to at least make ever spring area pretty, it becomes difficult. Some springs a very wierdly placed, waterfalls don't work properly and some other little oddities make the game feel like a loading screen stuck at 99%.

But that's nitpicking.
The game is great.

Early Access Review
Smooth Gameplay, great Weapons, incredible VoiceActing, exciting story (so far), fantastic Hub-Area, sympathetic Characters (I love Moros!) and cute familiars!
Really a worthy successor to the first game - and we are still in Early Access. I'm really looking forward to more content, but so far I'm having a blast!

I don't want to give any spoilers, but I'll still warn you for the next part:

The whole Kerberos thing is incredibly sad and I DEMAND that there is some way to permanently help him ... otherwise my heart can't take it.

I don't get all the negative reviews ... I like this game.
The gameplay is more well rounded then in the first Sheltered-Game. More options and stuff. I like the hexagon-exploration-thing!
After seven hours of playing I haven't got any bugs, even the german translation is totally fine.
The devs are currently working on Pets as far as I know ... I really liked the pets in the first game. So I'm seeing forward to that!

But I have some other issues, tbh.
I miss the kids and the family-feeling. Sheltered 2 feels ... kind of generic with a bunch of random people.
And I really, really don't like the graphic-style. I loved the first game to death and adored the pixel-style, but this 3D-Stuff ... another thing, that feels generic. And it's not even really pretty, tbh. The characters are just ugly.

So, that's my review ... for now.
I definitly recommend this game. It's good. But I hope, we get pets and kids back and eventually a revamp of the graphics.
Sorry, devs, but seriously: It's ugly. You can do better.

I've died in the most creative ways.
I literally lost my mind a few times (I even bit my controller)
I've cried. Because of the story, but definitly more because of some bosses.
One boss molested me. And not in a good way.
70% of my time in this game I'm lost and have no idea what's going on, dying trough things I didn't know you can die trough.
10/10, great experience. Would and will play again.
