So far I have played 31 hours, and am only in the second area. If you like open world, exploring, interesting story, a fun shooter, and fun game play then this is worth picking up. Now to be fair there is a fair amount of bugs and some performance issues (not for me) but it's a solid shooter story. However, if you need a perfect experience, then I would wait 6 months for a few major patches to fix small issues.

Also they need to tweak a few things as far as spawns, the a-life system, and difficulty. I had to get a few mods to tune difficulty because some of the mutants are way too tanky - but now it feels just right.

TLDR; solid game, needs some fixes, but any STALKER fan is gonna enjoy this just as it is. Oh and not sure if the deluxe version is worth getting for the price? Stick to the regular version I'd say.

Okay where to start...the game looks great and is butter smooth. The sound design and level design is simply fantastic. The aesthetics are amazing - especially the temple. If you love the aliens universe, gross things, strange art then this game might be fun to play. The health and ammo pickups are done just right - you get just enough to make it to the next ammo/health station. The boss fight in the end has some interesting techniques and stuff. It's a shame this is the only place they used it.

Now for the bad - short. Very short in fact. I explored every inch of the world and it was only 4 hrs of game play. This game has 0 replayability and for $35-$40 I'd say give it a pass. Pick it up for less than $10 and it would be a fun game to play. Movement speed is terribly slow - even while "running."READ (walking simulator) The puzzles are challenging which is good but sometimes leave you scratching your head at what your supposed to do. The combat is kinda meh in the start with only a meele weapon that gets 2 shots and then needs a 10 sec reload - a single enemy take 6 meele hits to kill. If you get backed into a corner you will die and the larger enemies and chain stun you until death which is great. Autosaves are also pretty far apart so if you die you pretty much gotta replay 20 mins of game again - no option for manual save, either. Combat does get interesting, sort of, when you get all 4 weapons but still rather simple and boring.

My biggest gripe here is that there is literally no story in this whole game. There is lots of good setup but nothing that makes any sense. The ending was awful and very confusing. Your character has zero explanation as to why they are there, and what they are doing. I guess given the ending you could argue to reach the promised land but that's just not right. Speaking of the ending, by the time you get to the end you've already given up on trying to figure it out and could care less.

Overall this game was a let down. Super short and no story. It's just fancy art with some puzzles at a price that's not worth it at all. More than likely give this one a pass folks and just watch a Let's Play on YouTube.

Where to start? For me, this game is amazing, not only for the game play, but for the price as well. At $20 this is a solid little game to sink some time into again and again. It's very hard to put down!

There are 5 events that can effect you and your little escape pod. Each event you have to work quickly to either mitigate any incoming damage or to repair damage. This game requires you to make choices on what to keep and what to fix. Additionally, it does require you to understand how the events work and how each component/systems works in order to survive. You can only understand them by reading the manual, playing the tutorial, and playing/dying in game.

There are a few different types of game play available here. First is the rescue missions: you start in a ship and have 60 secs to grab a bunch of components. You then have to survive X amount of time before being rescued. Second is the sandbox: here you start in the pod and can control all of the game properties such as the time scale and event to start. Lastly, is the ranked game: here you start in the pod and basically survive as long as you can. Once dead, you are show your place on a global leader board. At time of writing the longest survival time is just over 4 hours. Finally, there are scenarios that will test your skills. Each scenario will feature a certain major aspect of the game for you to learn or to just challenge your skills.

The game does allow you to create your own custom scenarios which is cool. Once you play through the rescue missions, you probably won't be playing them again. Same goes for the challenge scenarios. Most of the replay value will be to survive longer and longer in the ranked survival game play.

In closing, I will say this is a good little indie game worth picking up. It has solid game play, good game design, sound/graphics look amazing, I have encountered no bugs, and for the price of $20 it was well worth the money. If you aren't quiet sold on it, then try the demo or wait for a Steam sale. Finally, I will mention that this game requires good spacial memory and quick problem solving skills. If you want to play a casual put your feet up and troubleshoot problems then this game is not for you. If you can't manage to think more than 1 step ahead then this game is not for you. The first 3 hours of the game or so will literally be high stress and very panicked game play. However, it's not difficult at all - just a higher than normal learning curve.

This is the best game you can get for the money. SCS is a great company, also. They do updates often and the DLC is always at a reasonable price. Special events in the game always come up frequently and are a lot of fun.

Lots of mod support making this game very adaptable to how you want to play. Best mod out there these days is the TruckersMP mod that allows online play with other people.

If you like trucks and driving in Europe this is totally the game for you.

This game is always fun to come play every once in a while. Let me just say the goal of this game was to show that players can manipulate a firearm in every way possible in an fps. Not really story, graphics, or anything else. First few times will have you tripping up with all the keybinds trying just to fire your gun but that adds to the depth. Another added benefit is the different parts to shoot on both enemies, the shockdrone and turret. This game is addicting and I have yet to 'beat' it. For a few bucks def. pick this game up for some fun. Bonus points if you have experience with firearms.

No one likes shockdrones and the glock is the best gun and maybe the revolver. Also, the electronic music in this game is pretty sick too.

Haven't played an AC game since the pirate one. Let me just say this game is amazing. Really like the feel of this game with the movement controls and what not. I have just finished the first zone completely and the story is very compelling and interesting so far. The combat is butter smooth and the weapons look cool too. You can play your way either with bows, dual swords, or spear/mace/sword and shield. The talent trees are well laid out and there are amazing camel mounts too. Mounted combat is fun for sure.

This game plays like a typical ubisoft game with the AC style of missions, area discovery, and objects to pickup - so if you hate this kind of style don't get it. Would have prefered there to be no season pass, but what can you do. Almost every game these days have paid dlc or season pass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I'm not having any graphics issues on my end or low fps what so ever. Played 5 hrs straight and never went below 100 fps.

Let me just say this game is amazing. This is totally worth the 20 bucks for it. You have mods and hrs of fun that comes with it. If you like games like C&C, sim city, and railroad tycoon then you will love this game. Its fun every single time you play it. 10/10

BOUNS: It also runs on laptops and stuff so yeah, what are you waiting for? GET IT!

First of all this game is amazing. So much fun to play. I played JC2 and it was a load of fun and now this takes the cake.
Well worth the money allthough I would say try 3rd party sites to get this game. On greenmangaming I paid $30 to get this game so its been so worth it. I can say that in 30 hours my game has never crashed, I have had no graphics issues, no memory leaks, and can play the game maxed out at 60+ fps. However there are some issues.

PROS
+Cool wingsuit
+EXPLOSIONS!!!
+Ammo crates for full refill
+Detachable mini gun
+Good variety of vechs
+Challanges are fun
+Supply drops are better here in JC3 then in JC2 but buggy (see cons)
+Anything can be destroyed
+Cool new tether system means you can be playing with physics for hours
+Rebel assistance and they drive for you - but buggy (see cons)
+Meele is good addition but rarely used
+Racing a ghost in challanges is really cool

CONS (There is a lot but still a good game)
+Cars are pretty hard to drive - they're slow and turn slowly at slow speeds and too much at fast speeds and the brake is useless
+Hard to aim accurately - crosshair is hard to see with oversized grapple marker in the way and auto aim seems to work sometimes but not others
+No fine precise movement means its hard to get a msg context or to use an item
+Getting in vechs are a little hard when in a rush - you have to be like facing the drivers door or no go
+Helicopters and tank turrets are slow to turn as in you have to row your mouse across the desk like 20 times just to turn 180
+Aiming crosshair is off for tank turrets and the big corvette ship
+Most boats aren't still even when you are they float around and start turning randomly making it hard to shoot
+No unique buildings to explode like in JC2. Its the same 15 models over and over
+Sometimes the heat is hard to remove even with 1 star - they see you a mile away or make a call for reinforcements in like .5 sec
+The constant leaderboard stuff is really annoying and would like to see an option for it to be removed
+Supply drop destroys my ordered helicopter every single time (even on flat ground) - I have stopped using it
+No way to turn off wingsuit and just free fall to ground - you must deploy parachute
+Rebels can ride in your vech (Never works) - Drive up and honk and most of the time the rebels just stand their gawking at you, only rarely do they actually hop in you vechicle

EDIT:
Some computer specs:

-i7
-8GB of RAM
-Game runs on 1 TB SSD
-GTX 780
-Win 10 64 bit
-Playing in 1360x768
