Realistically, one of the best story-centric games I've played. While there are some aspects I miss from the Telltale era (really mostly just the fact that silence is no longer an option), everything else is very much improved upon.

The environmental story telling, the voice acting, the overarching choices that does make a difference in the end does make the genre feel more alive and colorful than most story games I've played before.

I will 100% support the dev and future games if they make a season 2/make more amazing stories like this. The comics in the DLC are also very cute. Clearly cut content but I'm glad they included it in the game anyways in a different form.

It's so obvious that Larian put so much care and effort in developing this game. I was never a fan of D&D's universe but this has pulled me in like nothing else

There's no other game where you can have a devil's triangle with the Pope and your wife as penance for conquering Rome

I was hesitant getting this a while back because of all the reported glitchiness of the game, but I'm guessing because of all the new updates everything works really well for me. Overall, I love the setting and the gameplay.
