I haven't played an AFL game since AFL Evolution, so cant comment on recent improvements, however the game seems decent.
Graphics are good, gameplay is challenging, player models look good, physics is good.

There are bugs a people have noted. Im not interested in ProTeam but i did test it and can confirm it was bugged when i tried to play it.
The career mode has some gameplay nuances that need patching.
The management mode seems great and its where i'll be spending most of my time until the other game modes get updated.
