This game is AWESOME! The skills are really fun, minimal RNG, and just an all-around great battle arena game! I would recommend buying it now because it's on sale, and you will receive all of the heroes for free when they come out. Fun combat! Concise games! Show your skill! Rank up! Fun times! haHAA!

I have only spent about 3 hours so far in the game, but those 3 hours have flown by! This is a game that appears to have a lot of staying potential for casual and competitive players. First of all, yes, this game is similar in many ways to Overwatch. Of course, that is not a bad thing because Overwatch has proven to be a fun and addicting game as well. There are key differences though between Paladins and Overwatch. Namely, there is an in-depth card system in Paladins that allows players to build custom loadouts to boost certain aspects of a character. There are also items to purchase at the start of each round that will give things like extra weapon damage, lifesteal, movement speed, defense against certain champions, etc. Cards can be acquired fairly quickly through opening chests that are received by gaining XP. Cards can also be purchased through gold which is acquired through just playing. So far, the game does not appear to have any P2W barriers. The gameplay is smooth and stylized so that it looks fun, feels fun, and plays fun. It also will run pretty well on lower PC specs because of the stylized graphics. Anyway, just download it and try it! Yes, I recommend this game!

Faeria is a great game! I have been playing it recently, and the increased depth of the game is real because of the fact that you build tiles/colors and can have up to 3 of a card in a deck compared to a game like Hearthstone. The RNG is much less than something like HS because of the board state/buildings/lands. The game is highly addicting and overally really good for an Early Acces game! I can't wait to see what else the developers add in the near future.

At first I didn't think I would like this because it's a board game...I was so wrong. This game is awesome! it requires thinking and planning ahead, but it's not as overwhelming as it might look at first glance. The game is actually relatively simple once you learn the basics. It has a lot of character and humor. The music is GREAT! The sound effects are also good. So far I have only played against the AI, but there is multplayer and a multiplayer leaderboard. Some people might argue that it is too RNG based, but if you think/plan better than your opponents you will win. RNG is not too much of a factor IMO if you know how to handle it. Coming from playing lots of Hearthstone, I know what true RNG feels like and this is nowhere close to Hearthstone levels of RNG. (The game really isn't like Hearthstone at all, but I just use it to compare RNG)...Anyway, for a measley $15 it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!
