Used to be fun. Smaller tables, public/private, were more enjoyable than the Casino One update; being able to have nice small talk with others and just play the game to relax. Forcing every game into one lobby filled with children running around screaming in every server instantly gives you a headache. The UI is confusing, more buggy, has fewer quality-of-life features, and is overall a clusterf*ck. The moderation team is lazy and gives you a generic "♥♥♥♥ you" response, telling you to just "mute and report" as if they will take any action whatsoever. For a game that records and monitors microphone audio even when muted to catch underaged/toxic people, their moderation is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and lazy. Just a cash grab filled with microtransactions, luring children into spending money on the game and, in turn, eventually developing a gambling addiction.
