Came in with low expectations, came out pleasantly surprised. The soundtrack is beautiful and reminiscent of the movies. The voice acting is excellent (obviously). The graphics are good, but not as optimized as I'd hope. The story itself was alright albeit bittersweet. Some characters are just plain cringe. Combat is fun, feels like juggling. The sound design and visual effects they did with the spells were perfect! Some repetitive open world gameplay elements are present but overall, it's a good game. I'm happy I gave it a shot.

Every aspect of this game is simply amazing; the sound design, visuals, story and gameplay are just perfect. Expected nothing less from Santa Monica Studio.

Too bad Sony's delisting the sequel and future games of theirs in non-PSN-supported countries in Steam (including the country I reside in). Off to sail the high seas I guess.

An ambitious game that managed to innovate the oversaturated and stale co-op shooter market with community performance based progression, dynamic story telling, beautiful visuals, constant updates, an attentive dev team and satisfying combat that'll keep you coming back for more.

Great incorporation of survival horror with the original's action horror. A visually stunning yet optimized game with an addictive gameplay loop that revolves heavily around its map design.

One of the few current AAA games that I can confidently say deserves its hefty price tag.
