It is very fun its current state, totally capable of providing like 100+ hours worth of replayability. I haven't had the chance to experience the game before the breach update but let me assure you - the difficulty is not that high. I managed to beat all content currently present in the game save for the very endgame (cranking up difficulty on breach content) before even figuring out how to roll correct modifiers on gear and I generally suck at soulslikes.
Let them cook, this has all the makings of a beautiful masterpiece.

An awesome thinky game, very much deserving its comparisons with Obra Dihn and Golden Idol games. Loved the self-aware jokes and overall sleuthing vibe.

Was looking forward for this one and it does not disappoint. It's a good successor to the fist game, albeit a bit easier. It's still the same great thinky game, but distilled and improved. Not every case involves a death which sometimes throws you out of the loop if you're familiar with the first game. Playing the first game is not necessary but helpful for some of the puzzles. Can't wait for the DLCs
