easier to get into than the original game, but the challenge is still there, and if your really after a challenge the harder modes will definitely give you the challenge you want.
the easy modes are still challenging for novices, but not to the point of being frustrating and making you rage quit

Gameplay is really good, from known games id call this a mixture between civ and masters of magic, but bought up to today's standards.

unfortunately although the gameplay is pretty good, the game itself lacks in stability with regular crashes when you play a larger map, in fact the game can get to a stage where it is 100% geranteed to crash on pressing end turn button. which greatly reduces the enjoyment.

do not recomend buying until all the major stability issues are resolved, currently running 2.0.0 version Jan 2018
