Do not buy this unless you have atleast a Gen 2 Ryzen CPU and a Radeon 5700 GPU anything less and it'll probably be just as bad as the PS4 Release.
The game would've never lived up to the hype they made around it and that's alright I can't get my money back but if you enjoyed Fallout out Outer Worlds you can get a similar experience here but incredibly more watered down with less story and copycat Watch Dogs hacking.
For what it is, I recommend it on sale its a decent run through type game you can enjoy streaming on a Discord call with a friend but for the $65 dollars I paid for it I rather would've stubbed my toe than to feel this much buyer's remorse. What an awful performance by CDPR (CD Projekt Red) but props to their marketing team for creating this much hype.
