Might be far-fetched for some but this game has one of the best story in gaming history in my opinion. It is the first game I found myself really investing more time and effort to read up on the story and character outside of the game. Don't get me wrong, it's not that the game offers little to no explanation to the backstory of the characters or the narrative prior to the game, but how it plays out in the game makes the story so compelling that it makes me yearn for more of the lore.

For the side quests, some of them can be incredibly monotonous, though most are very intriguing in itself. As a completionist however, it really pains me to do the fish/collect minerals repetitively in order to finish a quest and/or Achievement. But do not let it stop you from playing this game if your aim is not necessarily 100%-ing this game, it is still very worth your money.

For game play/action-wise, do not go in expecting a DmC (Devil May Cry) level of action, or even the sequel NieR: Automata, or even ground-breaking graphics such as modern AAA games. It was a 2010 game that had a mini-upgrade in most aspects, such as graphics and combat. It is still acceptable for modern gaming standards, but again, the story makes the game play more than satisfactory because of how beautiful the story is told and some of the landscapes are.

Didn't like it when I first started the game. Combat was nothing special, didn't have the wow-factor. Stealth doesn't seem useful because the Uruks (Orcs) all seem so weak that you can easily defeat the. Just wait till you are halfway into the game, you'll discover a world of challenging (yet fun!) adventures. Each Uruks have their own special trait and weaknesses, seemingly all different and unique! Also, combat gets extremely intense as tons of Uruks are in your way! It just begs the question if you want to be challenged and fight all of the Uruks at once, stealth and shoot arrows at them by the side or just flee! Remember, most Uruks, ranked as Captain or above, that survive or defeat you in combat will come haunting for you, so be prepared!

Compared to the previous DLC and/or even without the another DLC released, this is wouldn't what I would recommend. For $3.00 lesser than the price tag of the game, which is more than half of what the game cost, you would think that this DLC has so much to offer, but you are wrong to think so. The content is really little, the Samurai class is very buggy as well. I honestly regret getting this DLC because the Samurai class is too buggy to even play it successfully, I might be wrong on this but when I play Samurai, since all his skills are being activated then aimed at an area, if you are holding or just touching the movement key as you aim that skill with your attack in a direction, the skill might (mostly) go to the other direction, which is not the one you use your attack in that direction. Sometimes, it even goes up/down when you are aiming and moving horizontally. Fix this, otherwise, it is honestly the most regretful DLC someone would get, because most of us bought it for the Samurai after watching few gameplays. Thanks!

Honestly, I find this content not worth it's price tag. Don't get me wrong, the content is great however, it is too little for it's price. Furthermore, it is $1.00 cheaper than it's original game, I see no reason why to make it cost so much yet so little contents to play around with.

The class this DLC offers is really strong and it is really fun. Also, with the new bosses and relics, alongside the new act and the awesome quests, you would be out of your mind not to own this DLC if you really love the game.

I recommend this DLC, too little for its price but the awesomeness kind of pays for it. Also, if you're deciding on which DLC to get, between this and Karp Of Doom, I would say this should be the one to get as the character is more solid to play with and not to mention the content difference for the same price.

Early Access Review
This game was the first I ever reccomend. Why ? You may ask (since I have a lot of games). Darkest Dungeon is one of those games which will pull you into the world of the game's and gets you addicted to the game. There's a reason why I say it, the concept of the game is very interesting and fun, it also involves a lot of RNGs which makes the game unpredictable and wants you to continue playing to experience more of the game. The graphics in this game is really magnificent, no other games I ever encountered had this kind of artstyle which makes it a lot more interesting. Furthermore, with the game's sound, it makes you feel like you are literally in their world which is really cool, and not many games are able to achieve that aspect. Not sure why it is an Early Access Game with so much content layed out, but it is also a good thing as the developers of this game will be adding more features/stuffs into the game. Just hurry up and try this game, I can assure that you won't regret this purchase.
