Way overrated in my opinion ,his lyrics are ♥♥♥♥ compared to other rappers. Take for example this verse from Nicki Minaj, arguably the best female rapper of all time:

Now that is true lyricism, also Nicki Minaj and Drake also have way better flow and Eminem has the best beats and is hands down just the best producer in the game. MF doom has boring beats, and he doesn't know how to use FL studio very well. Hence why Flo RIder is simply the best producer of all time because he's really good at garage band and logic, so that makes Lil' wayne the best rapper and best flow of all time, he revolutionized rap forever.
