Well I have not played this in a long time but wanted to write a short review before I uninstall it to free some space.
I remember the disastrous launch, but after a year or so things were much improved and overall it is a revolutionary addition to the series.
Clearly the standout "feature" this game gave birth to was the incredible realtime streaming of map data, which opened up the entire earth to explore. For those that don't know, Earth_DM is quite a large map as far as games go.
I'll never forget the first time I flew over my own house.. absolutely incredible.
..until I realised I really need to clean all the crap up out back, since it can apparently be seen from space.

MSFS 2024 is obviously the way to go, now that it is starting to mature.. but I'd assume 2020 could be handy for a performance boost, plus I know certain things are still only possible in this version.

Played this one on and off since early access.
The biggest criticism is that it hasn't changed much since it's inception.. pre & post early access.
That and the devs main focus seems to be adding new fighters via DLC packs, indicating they are more or less done with the rest of the game.. where all aspects could be further fleshed out...
The question is though, does it need to be?
There's only so much you can squeeze out of a genre such as this.
Most importantly, it is fun. 7/10

7 Days to Die.. feels like it's been installed my PC for 700 years. I've played it on and off since its early access inception. As far as open world survival horror games go.. this one is amongst the best. The game has been around forever and the change-log resembles the Encyclopædia Britannica.. though what has remained a constant throughout is how much fun it is to play, whether multiplayer or solo.

It's a clicker. It's an idler. It's got cats. It's got hats. It's got cute. It's got loot.
Run it on an OLED for a few months and your cat will take up permanent residency.

This game... is full of immature potty-humour, excessive sexual innuendo, obnoxious ear-wax clearing audio, over-the-top gratuitous violence and textures uglier then your mother-in-law's drivers license photo.
I mean it is absolutely disgusting tbh..
I love it. 7/10

ps. Part 2 ffs

As an early release for a new developer the game is fine.. however for such a game the most important thing is gameplay.
I cannot recommend this as the latency-ridden controls make for a frustrating experience.

Absolute rubbish.
- Runs like crap
- Crashes at startup 4/5 times
- No fun whatsoever
- Pointless achievements
- Devs too lazy to implement a title screen
- Impossible to complete with duplicate objects
- And last but not least the price..... the price would be fair if it was a negative value.

A very compelling adventure game with some simple exploration elements. The vast majority of gameplay is dialog, so if you are not a fan of visual novels then the game may not appeal to you.
A subdued, yet fitting soundtrack.. the visuals are not amazing but acceptable.
There are some cumbersome moments with a lot of "back and forth" gameplay.. but the story itself makes the game well worth your time. Good luck!
