Don't listen to the haters about the TTS voice, people who didn't play the original are buggin. There's a guide to change the English TTS to the JP if you really want.

If you're into Monster Hunter type games with an interesting story you'll like this game.

Outpath is an amazing and unique experience unlike any other game I've really played. The demo version of the game released a while back titled "Outpath: First Journey" and I was blown away and could not wait for the full games release. Lots of QOL, and overall improvements have been made to the game since then and I absolutely love it.

To me I would describe the game as something like a mix of a Cookie Clicker Sandbox, with Factory/Automation elements thrown in. The game also has lots of RPG elements in the form of tool sets, skills that you can upgrade overtime, and equipment that gives you permanent skills, and upgrades/buffs.

You can tell that a lot of love went into this game and (at the time of writing this, about a week or so after the games launch) the developer is still updating and adding changes/fixes to the game and listening VERY closely to the community feed back.

I would absolutely 100% recommend this game. If you enjoyed games like Forager or Stacklands before, I have no doubt you'll enjoy this game. The price tag is an insane deal too. With a %10 discount right at the games launch. Even without the discount its very reasonable and I honestly believe the developer should be charging double the current price. It took me almost 18 hours to complete the game minus some of the larger achievements. The art style is fantastic, the soundtrack (although small) is beautiful, and the game feels overall really well put together.

If I was going to have any complaints about the game my only one would be that I feel a lack of choice when it comes to the base building/base customization. During my playthrough I didn't spend much time building once my base on the first island was mostly complete. I would have preferred many more building block types like more fences, doors, lights, roof type blocks (that actually stop rain from falling through the building) etc. Though, I don't see any reason why those couldn't be added in an update to the game later on.

All and all a solid 10/10. I was completely hooked on the demo and was completely hooked on the full release start to finish.

The soundtrack is beautiful. Ive listened to every song and I have to comment how well every track is composed.
The art style is awesome. This colorful yet simple pixel art style is one that I just simply love. With sprites that are animted just a little here and there to give the characters a feeling that makes them sort of alive.
The gameplay - its everything I didnt expect. Its a certainly new take on the "Farming" (?) genre. Combining a type of sandbox with a little bit of creativity at your fingertips and dirt on your hands as you work. And with Mutiplayer just around the corner (Or if its out when you read this) Its double. No, Triple. No, Quadruple the fun with up to four people.

This may not be the most helpful review but I would like to personally say, Thank You so much and Congradulations Concerned Ape. You've created a beautiful game that thousands of people will enjoy and continue to enjoy for years to come. Thank You for putting so much of your time and effort in to give us this gift.

Magicite is a wonderful game. Its a platformer where you roam the underground worlds gathering reasources, crafting items, and killing things. Unless there killing you. In this game you are creating gear and weapons in a quest to take back the over world. Theres no check points, No respawning, No "Saving". When you die your dead you start over, your a new person, a new Hero who may or may not defeat the evil ones. You can use magic, friends, spirits and pure strength to make your way through the vast underground caverns. You can play with your friends in up to Four player online Co-op, or roam by yourself and try to survive the Monsters that lurk.
I give magicite 9/10 For loads of fun at a very afordable price.
Though I will admit that you can die a lot and sometimes that no fun.
If you've got $10 sitting around in your room please give this game a try!

An amazing game with a stunning new Graphics Engine built just for the game. The story line touched my heart in every way possible, It made me feel like I was the character and the character had a purpose. Id say its worth the price, and if you go to fast youll get attatched to every one and every thing inside this game. With amazing plot twists that absolutly blew me away.
I recommend this game for some with Emotion, Dovotion, and someone whos looking for all the action there is. Because in Watch_Dogs it even gets better than that.
