I'm not able to run this game since I installed. I believe my computer has the required hardware but it still not launching. I don't want to run over a launch solution to play a game and for what I see there is a lot of players having this problem. This game is not worth for me.

This is my pc configuration, if you have similar have in mind you may get into this problem:

i3-9100f
RX-580 8gb
16gb ram
ssd
updated windows 10

UPDATE:
I've been well assisted by rockstar support, but we found no solution unfortunately. I may give another try rebuying it in the future due their great assist.
