Gets old fast.

The core gameplay is fine, but the game gets really stale when only a tiny minority of loadouts are worth using and a significant chunk of them straight up do not work at all due to unfixed bugs (anything that causes damage over time, for example). The developers seem to be more concerned with vomiting up a new cashgrab battlepass every few weeks than with actually fixing their game. Even if it ran smoothly (it doesn't), there just isn't enough variety to make it interesting long term.

Poorly optimized, bad item system. It's like they threw out all the lessons learned in VT2.
