Intense gatekeeping in nearly every aspect of the game (If you're just starting you're already 10mo behind on the card set gatekeepers)
Also currently experiencing a severe shortage of support players with only 2 support classes and the fix? Delay the next support release for 5 months, so do get accustomed to both being gatekept out of 70% of groups, then add an additional 10min wait to anything that requires you to party up unless you're here to help the shortage.
Overall extremely unfriendly environment to new players and returning players alike.
