The price for that is a damn rip-off. I got the game through a third-party platform for less than a dollar — anyone paying more than that has only themselves to blame.

so simpel, still buggy.

planes crash by themself, sometimes i dont even see where what happen (with LOW traffic) and game is over, sometimes planes crash without contact *more than one pixel* or simple bs like this:
speed up a plane — it lands but then rolls down the entire runway at full flight speed. Meanwhile, another plane that was slowed down (while flying) lands at walking speed and crawls all the way down the runway so slowly that a crash is basically guaranteed.

How can you mess up something this simple? Such a basic, simply programmed game — and still so bad, but of course they can sell this bs for money... with only 6 maps...

It really started off very promising. The first hour was quite fun.

But then… once again it turns into yet another bug-ridden mess, unfortunately far too common these days. For example, several times the game simply forgot to mark objectives I was supposed to follow. I ā€œtaggedā€ an enemy (big glowing ā€œ!!ā€ over his head), but apparently that wasn’t allowed → day restart. Lovely.

Or picture this: I walk straight into a shootout — bullets flying in my direction, I shoot back — and boom, mission failed, day resets. Why? Because I hadn’t officially accepted the mission that suddenly popped up alongside the gunfire. Right, makes perfect sense… because when cops are under fire, their first instinct is obviously to radio HQ and politely ask for permission to defend themselves. Brilliant. Sigh.

And then there’s the reinforcements. Oh boy. Almost every single time I call them in during a chase, they don’t go after the bad guys — they ram me. Full speed, straight into my car, as if I were the criminal they were trying to stop. Absolute "comedy". At this point I don’t even bother calling backup anymore. Great feature — completely useless.

Oh, and about backup: while I’m busy arresting the bad guys, my ā€œcolleaguesā€ regularly steal my car. Sometimes with suspects already inside — suspects I would very much like to drop off myself for the XP, thank you very much. What kind of clown show is this?

Or how about the trigger-happy criminals who ā€œsurrender,ā€ only to get clipped by a stray bullet one millisecond later. Mission failed. Totally my fault, of course.

Or we roll up — two of us against six armed guys. They scatter in every direction, half the city in panic, and I get minus XP because I didn’t personally arrest every single one of them. Sure, why not. Because that makes total sense.

Meanwhile my partner? Calling him ā€œbackupā€ is generous. He’s basically just there, a highly detailed NPC whose main contribution is existing. Thanks, buddy. Glad you could make it.

A real shame, because this one honestly deserves a positive review… just not from me. Not with my (by now, after countless disappointments) extremely low bug tolerance.

I’ll definitely keep playing, because at its core the game is fun. But I’ve also accepted the fact that I’ll probably rage-quit more than once along the way — not because of the difficulty, but because of the bugs. Which really shouldn’t be part of the ā€œintended gameplay experience.ā€

Still, credit where credit’s due: at least it’s not quite as catastrophically bugged as some of the other police simulators lurking in my library. (No, I won’t name that dumpster fire — but let’s just say this entire genre feels cursed by the Bug Gods.)

............
new updates, i sometimes start the game again
........................
New "Tow Truck" update:
The very first tow truck majestically drives straight into the burned-out wreck it’s supposed to collect. Driver just sits there, wreck stays on the road—mission accomplished, I guess?

Fine, whatever, I start a chase instead, since some guy next door is casually stealing a car.

After a while, the fleeing thief gets stuck, we’re both basically frozen in place, and then the backup unit comes flying in at 120 km/h and crashes… drumroll… directly into ME. My car does two glorious flips, lands upside down, and the bad guy just drives off like nothing happened.

And once again, I have ABSOLUTELY no desire to play this garbage anymore. What a shame.

Don't read the blacked-out parts (spoilers) if you plan to play the game. Let yourself be fully surprised.

The Game:
You and a partner have to fight your way through various adventures or solve puzzles together. Calling it "varied" would be an understatement. There are so many different types of movement (including running, jumping, flying, snowboarding, paddling, jet skiing, etc.). The game constantly switches between split screen and shared screen, from all kinds of camera perspectives, and even occasionally switches to 2D sidescroller – it's always changing and keeps things fresh. On top of that, your abilities keep changing, with different "weapons," or you might suddenly transform into "stuff" a tree or a monkey (and more) (depending on which character you're playing)... and make sure you don’t miss the magic wand in that side quest at the magic market – it’s just a fun little item :)

The Story:
I think the idea of the story is pretty well done. It really offers the possibility for everything that’s being offered. You play as Mio and Zoe, who are trapped inside a machine. Originally, you just wanted to experience your own submitted ideas (or maybe just collect some cash for them). But the company behind the machine wants all the ideas out of your heads. When Mio starts to get suspicious, she ends up in the "capsule" with Zoe – and so both of you end up experiencing different stories from each other's minds. That’s why the setting keeps changing. There are also side missions, which feel like fun little bonus levels or mini competitions (without prizes).

Not really hard:
The difficulty level isn’t particularly high – the path basically leads you to the goal automatically most of the time. Dying doesn’t really matter. If both players go down at the same time, you usually respawn just a few seconds back. Even in boss fights, you respawn right in the middle of the action together, without having to start over from the first boss phase. To be fair, the game is actually quite easy because you keep respawning all the time without it costing anything.

And it’s definitely not easy to collect all the achievements just by playing through the game. Stupid benches... sad thing; the 'friendspass'-guy has no motivation to hunt them without getting the achievements (See at Verdict).

The Verdict:
Already in the second (of six) chapters, I was kind of sad that the game will eventually be over. I definitely want to play through it again with the other character. Over 12 hours of gameplay packed with action, an exciting story, and incredibly diverse challenges. If you liked It Takes Two, you’ll definitely enjoy this game as well. A game without a single bug – which is, sadly, quite rare these days.

I'm personally not a big fan of the whole friend pass system, especially when the game already has a decent price tag. Why not just offer it for half the price (or 60%) instead of the friend pass? It definitely just leads to the friend just paying half in many cases. Plus, the friend pass doesn’t include achievements either, which is really sad, especially because there are some really funny achievements to find.

I’m not (anymore) a fan of products with the Electronic Arts label, but every rule has an exception – and this is definitely one that’s worth it.

until this game, I only knew games like this as single-player. It’s a great idea to turn it into a co-op.

The game:
You (and possibly your partner) own a tavern. At first, many areas are blocked off, which can be unlocked by reaching a higher level. You serve guests, and you get to choose what’s available on the menu. Brew drinks, prepare various foods, buy items, production materials, and new furniture from the vendor outside the door, grow your own ingredients, breed animals for their products, make deliveries, hire helpers, and eventually, there are even hotel rooms.

But this is just the first part of the game. You can close your tavern anytime and go on an exploration tour. Hunt animals for useful items they drop, complete quests with tasks that reward you. The quest line ultimately takes you to a final boss .

The conclusion:
A fun game for anyone who wants to run a tavern (together). Includes action with different enemies, some of which even visit your tavern now and then.

The fighting was occasionally quite a hassle. Some sword hits from way too far away – lag – and suddenly, the enemy is right next to me. Or I fight five random idiots – all low-level – lag – and then they all hit me at once – dead. That’s just plain annoying… and this as the host of the game. But yeah, at least it was the only really frustrating thing.

Early Access Review
The game could be good...

but at the moment it simply has way too little content and far too many frustrating bugs. Or my co-op partners disconnect regularly and then can't rejoin, making all progress pointless.

After three hours, I feel like I've already seen everything the game has to offer (although, I really hope I haven't seen all the "creatures" yet).

- Among other things, there's this guy you have to "play" with; zero challenge, 100% tedious, and after the second time, it's completely boring.
- The ice witch can freeze me through walls without line of sight
- the HideBehind-guy behind me, when I enter a room, suddenly he's right next to me (as far as I know, he can't teleport, and if he can, then that's just dumb during a chase). When my friend disconnects again, the big guy spawns right next to me—instantly ending the game. It's just zero fun.
- stone stalkers with two players are only one thing: annoying. if you got those type of enemy, then it actually means that one player can't play the game and just have to watch those. why can they open doors? why is crushing only for short duartion? just annoying.
- While one player receives a bonus, the same amount is deducted from another player for "poor performance." I thought you were on a team? Even when death results in a tie, one gets +3,000 and the other -3,000. That makes absolutely no sense. Just like "stealing from the backpack of YOUR FRIEND WITH WHOM YOU'RE COMMITTING THE ROBBERY." i really don't understand why this is in the game

Too little content, but already way too many pointless items. Why do I need something to make noise when I can just talk? Maybe that will make sense someday. Mission money is spent on items (and cosmetics). But the prices... wow... that a "rubber chicken" (just to make pointless noise that the "free" microphone also does?) should cost $3,000... in which country do the developers live? Also, the way items are selected is totally weird. Since you don't know the enemy, you won't take what you actually need. And once you start, you have no access to the purchased items, so taking items with you is basically just pure luck.
