An experience that sets a new bar for what a completely developed and flushed out game should be. Incredible in every way its an absolute masterpiece in story, world building, game play and more. 10/10 would recommend.

Stray is a game you do not want to miss out on due to the popularity and reviews just saying "cat".

Its far from a gimmicky cat parkour and walking sim, it blew me away going in with those exact expectations.

The atmosphere, settings, environments, pacing, story, characters, soundtrack, and game play are all second to none for the price as a indie title.

The cats movements were fluid and satisfying, the environments all unique and incredibly detailed, the tones fully flushed out with the proper music to finish the mood.

The puzzles are satisfying and fresh there was never a time I got bored of the mechanics or did something over and over again, the games a constant flow of imagination and exploration egged on by a fantastic story and adventure which feels like the biggest thing to ever happen and microscopic in the grand scheme of the world.

There is no HUD to distract you but instead you are distracted by the gorgeous views, the amazing soundtrack you will fall asleep to, and the funny little things your cat brain has always wanted to do, and a bunch of interesting characters to meet and learn about in a unfamiliar place on your journey home.

This game is everything I think a good Video Game should be, it takes you on an emotional, unknown adventure somewhere you have never been and lets you solve the mysteries and get through dangers in ways you haven't thought of before.

Overall Stray was a breath of fresh air, one of the most genuinely enjoyable Games i have played in a long time and id highly recommend you give it a chance and get to experience something hard to find in the current mainstream of modern gaming,

Beautiful 2.5D art style, and incredibly smooth game play.

This game is a lot more neutral heavy than most anime fighters, in the sense that right off the bat there are no insane combos that last half the round.
While most anime fighting games are known for their incredibly technical combos this game is very beginner friendly with the tutorial being very well done and even offering matchup advice.

Granblue differs from other anime fighters with a spot dodge and roll forward as a new option to reposition and reset neutral instead of waiting forever for your opponent to drop a hit on block pressure.
Having Something as simple as rolling or spot dodging makes this game feel much more Dynamic and adds an extra element to pressure and reading their reactions.

There are only two types of supers in the game called the Skybound art which can be used when the meter is full, and the super skybound art when your at or below 30% giving a way for the lower player to instantly turn it around. The meter resets each round and can built up in many ways through the match such as perfect blocking or landing hits.

The game focuses on figuring our your opponent and the matchup as well as good spacing and a lot more neutral play than most fighting games, but still rewards combo grinding just as much as a solid punish game is crucial.
You can also clash attacks of the same degree and the first player to react out of it gets the advantage.

There is a low point of entry with the combo styling but adds much more depth by the mix of more neutral options making it very rewarding when you master both and overall makes the matches feel a lot more like your playing a person than a combo bot, similar to the smash games, I have not fought two players who played the same and finding those unique styles and countering them is what makes the victory so satisfying.

Over all it is a super fun game, the cast maybe smaller than most so far but each character has a very unique style and matchups so far seem very balanced compared to most games on launch.

The RPG mode is there, it's interesting and a good change of pace from ranked but its not what you buy this game for.

The accessibility, Incredible art style, and rewarding both neutral/matchup knowledge and combo grinding are the selling points for me.

I played with one guy in a online room for two hours and seeing each other improve in the matchup, mixup, and have awesome clashes felt so cool and the game as a whole just makes you feel like a badass when you start to improve and get to understand the general tendencies of other players with such a dynamic game.
