Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is the kind of game that makes you feel like a kid again. As someone who loved the original Fantasy Life on the 3DS, this sequel immediately brought back that same sense of wonder and freedom, but on a much bigger and more ambitious scale. It feels like the developers took everything that made the first game so special and dialed it up, more world, more story, more lives, and just more heart.

The game blends so many great ideas from other series but still manages to feel like its own thing. It has the job swapping and skill building freedom of RuneScape, the cozy town building and character interactions of Animal Crossing, the exploration and dungeon crawling of Zelda and Skyrim, and even a bit of that JRPG soul from Final Fantasy. It's like all these elements were put in a blender and out came something genuinely magical. You can pick from 14 different Lives, including two brand new ones, Farmer and Artist, and each one changes how you play. Whether you're out fighting monsters, crafting furniture, painting, fishing, or mining rare materials, there’s always something new to chase. And what’s great is you can switch Lives whenever you want, so the game never feels stale or like it’s locking you into a single playstyle. One thing I’ve really enjoyed is how much there is to do outside the main quest. There are randomized dungeons called Treasure Groves that give you a new challenge every time you enter. The customization is on a whole different level now with the Outfits feature. You can design your character, decorate your home, and even terraform your island to make it feel truly yours. It really rewards creativity and gives you a sense of ownership over the world you’re shaping.

Fantasy Life i is a game I’ll be coming back to for a long time. It’s comforting, exciting, and packed with charm. That said, I’d love to see future DLC that adds even more Lives to try and new areas to explore, there’s so much potential here and I hope Level-5 continues to build on it. For fans of the original or anyone who just wants a cozy adventure with real depth, this game hits the sweet spot.

I played this years ago and have since tried plenty of choice-based games, but Life is Strange is still the Goat. The story is top tier and paced incredibly well, and the voice acting for every character is phenomenal. The Quality of everything in this game still stands out among anything i've played.

Been waiting for this to be ported since it came out. Combat is absolute peak. Good to be back baby.

Excited to see this game get more fleshed out, very good concepts here. For early access there's a lot to do and the game does a good job of laying it out for you with your dynasty level and the growing needs of your villagers over time. The map isn't finished, yet it feels massive already. Hoping to see mounts get added in the future.

Game is good, but cannot recommend when its literally RNG if u finish a game or not due to the mediocre ass servers. Game has been out for nearly a year like cmon man.
