Cons:

1 - There's a lack of support players and support classes, making the average waiting time PER raid/gate upwards of 30 minutes plus

2 - Since the hype of the launch people have quit for numerous reasons, leaving some servers/regions deserted

Update: I've now quit since my region is dead and no plans except server merge has been shared.

Step up your ♥♥♥♥ and atleast pretend to look at what your customers want.
