Great story. Lots of action and whum whum lightsabers as well as exploration and collectables. An amazing third act (no spoilers!). Great sequel to Fallen Order, which I also loved.
Elephant in the room tho- its not very well optimised. Even in July 2025 when I played it. Having said that- its worth taking the time to tune the settings (disable RT, etc) so it doesnt crash or stutter, because its a great Star Wars game.

Fun MP survival game. Excellent soundtrack.

This game needs DLSS3 and FG to run with RT at higher than 1080p/ 60. It sucks, but I guess it is what it is.

Still runs like dog poo on my 3080/ 5800x3d system. I keep coming back every so often to see if the game has been optimised properly and it just hasn't. All kinds of goofy currencies and nonsense crafting and what have you has been patched in. But the game itself still runs like crap. I've tweaked and followed guides and etc and its just a poorly optimised pile of garbage.
What a wasted opportunity with this franchise. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

High concept and very heavy. More bands should do this kind of thing.

For the record, the Di part of Dinky Di is pronounced Die. I chuckle/cringe every time they say it Dee. Great game though. Highly recommend.

Sort of like a cross between Diablo and DOTA, but with WASD controls and zombies.
As far as the free to play/ pay thing goes, my acc is up to lvl 21 and I havent dropped a cent, or been forced into dropping actual cash. This makes me WANT to drop a ew bucks on it.
