As painful it is to make this review, I sadly cannot recommend Broken Arrow at this time even if you're a strategy game lover. It does a lot of things right (which got me interested in the first place) but there are design implementations (intentional or not) that are very mind boggling.

Pros:
-Sound design is amazing and the game does a good job with gunfire, unit chatter, explosions, and jets going off near your camera.
-The OST is a banger. Highly recommend you give the soundtrack a good listen.
-Deckbuilding, while not perfect, is enough to keep you entertained if you like customizing your army with each specialization feeling unique and their goals clear.
-The two factions, while not immediately obvious, are unique enough in terms of what their units carry which offers even more playtime and more time having fun making decks.
-Custom scenarios are a good way to challenge yourself and see the creativity of others.
-The controls for the units are not over complicated and explain their purpose pretty well, simplifying them.
-A good chunk of the unit art is fun to look at.

Cons:
-You cannot save during a single-player mission. Almost every other strategy game lets you save. With how long the campaign missions are, it can be frustrating if you have to take off or if you lose, wasting your time.
-The AI cheats in the sense that they have unlimited ammo and have enough income to conga line towards you. This also does not help prepare for players to fight in PvP as the AI doesn't use any strategy and only challenges the player through sheer numbers, something that actual players don't have.
-PvP is not in a great state. Cheaters and leavers are commonplace. The developers have acknowledged the issue, but at this time they are rampant.
-Stability isn't the greatest, having some matches drop in frames greatly.

I still enjoy the game and I still have fun playing with friends but I can't recommend Broken Arrow for the price tag it currently has. This is a game that you're better off waiting for a sale. Now personally, I still don't regret buying this game and spending hours and hours on it. I just have a hard time convincing others to do the same regardless of their love for strategy gaming. I got a couple of friends interested and we have fun, but a recommendation "to the public" I just can't do.

I hope Broken Arrow continues to polish itself. It has a lot of potential, but it has a while to go before it can get back on its feet. I hope the developers continue to move forward and iron out the issues. Again, I don't want to do this but I need to be honest and keep my review as negative even if I do continue to play this game.

For someone who isn't very good at Beat Em' Ups or any game similar to Devil May Cry, I found this game easy to pick up but hard to master. The controls were easy to manage and the game does an excellent job explaining the mechanics. I've been waiting for a Beat Em' Up game that I could grasp for a while, and I think I found it. If you're looking for a Single Player game to sink your brain into, then I can recommend this game, even if I've only played through the first few levels.

I finally found a friend! :)

But he doesn't want me to leave

This is a great game for its price and worth the adventure if you just want a short time sink. Definitely turn down your volume a bit though (seriously)

Early Access Review
I like the fact that this game challenges you to make legitimate structures, as in you can't just have building items magically float, they need to be supported. This is a very welcome challenge to a crafting-survival game that I've been looking for. The game also only takes up 1GB of disk space. I'd say that if you're looking for a good survival game, give this a shot, as there is also a sense of progression (killing bosses allows you to unlock more equipment that you can craft)

I can be in a religion where me and my vassals have to be naked. Then I can take over the world, while being naked.

10/10 best Medieval simulator.

EDIT: The Ruler Designer allows me to start in England as a religion where I am naked.

A game where I have to lie to win. And I get to screw over random people on the internet and laugh at them when they fail. And my identity is hidden in public lobbies.
