I'll start with the good. The physics will expand your penor. The graphics are insanely good. The worlds are sick and the map system is very cool. It runs well for how good it looks. Shooting the arms off of robotards is satisfying as fuark. There's some nice weapon variety to make the game a bit grindy to compensate for the bad which is: that the gameplay loop is insanely dull. The missions feel like placeholders for the real mission which is just to kill more bug or robot. You almost never feel like you're at any risk of losing because well, everything less than hard difficulty is a snooze fest and you have virtually unlimited reinforces. Team-killing is obnoxiously common and annoying and the people you play with will be eating crayons 3 squares a day. All of the bug missions feel dramatically more underwhelming than the bot ones and almost not worth playing, which is crazy because the game is supposed to be kill bug right? Not kill robot. The weapon balance is pretty horrible, as is the case in most co-op games, but some stuff is just borderline worthless. This might sound nit-picky but the voice lines and dialogue are one of the most annoying things about the game. It feels like the devs just graduated US history and learned about the Iraq War. Every single piece of dialogue includes the word democracy and while I get that it is meant to be satire, it's incredibly annoying and lazy. I could see myself returning to this game in the future, I really wanted to like it, it has all of the curb appeal that a good game should have, the gameplay loop is just too lacking and the difficulty does not scale in any reasonable way.

Very few maps, no bosses, only 3 monsters/mini bosses, no story mode, no single player, 4 classes with no sub classes (veteran and zealot feel almost identical in the early game.) Feels like it's still in beta. Do not buy the game in this state it's a genuine waste of money.
