The game basically is great for everyone. Here you can do almost everything and personalize your game as much as you want with addons. As you know this game itself is one big mod. And with the available community-made addons, you can play the game your way. Definitely recommending it. This game is pretty often on sales so you can just wait, if you cannot afford a copy, or just buy a cheap key online.
