Great fun, cosmetics/battlepass stuff normally gross me out as a business model but it doesn't get in the way of playing the game at all and non-battelpass/non-cosmetic content/updates seems to still be coming out so I can't complain at all really. 10/10 if you get it on sale for like $20 or less but definitely worth it.

This game gets intense after several weeks. I've been running the Kongregate version since last September and the NotDoppler one since August. I think their progress is gone now though.

TIPS:
Wait 'til you have about 100 angels
Lemon Stands are the best (eventually, $ per second is massive with lots of angels +upgrades)
Oil companies are second best
Kongregate chat is helpful
Google will answer most questions
Buy in bulk! (It seems like they changed it but if you baught 100x at a time the price wouldn't scale as much)

This is by far one of my favorite games. Just an over all good FPS (Sh*ts on CoD). It definitely beats Last Light but not by a huge margin. Book is also good (they've done a good job of adapting it).

For 15$ this is a good buy. If it's on sale, buy it or I will cry.
If you don't mind the price and your PC can handle the Redux then go for it (24$ and not a big jump in PC reqs, I haven't tried though).

Acyually has an interesting political atmosphere, events don't seem random, all the problems you run into/see/hear about seem real.
I like the story, sneaking mechanics are good and fun, weapons are all fun, mutants are all interesting, AI is solid, sounds are good, hardest difficulty can actually be hard, gun play is good. Nazis, Commies, Spec Ops ranger guys, very nice.

Playing as a sneaky or loud Russian underground (one of my favorite places) 20yrs after a nuclear apocalypse (one of my favorite kinds of apocalypse) is something I really have fun doing. English voice acting sounds kinda funny but it's solid, Russian voice acting sounded good to me.

Graphics are good (fantastic by 2010 standards).
If you've got 4+ gb ram a mid GTX 400/HD 5000 series and a decent core 2 quad /AMD x3 or x4 you can handle this game fine (nicer C2D or AMD athlon ii x2 or phenom x2 should also suffice).


Things I odn't like:
You can throw a nife and hit someones backpack > one hit kill. (If you hit an armour plate it'll bounce, a nice mechanic)
This game had a low budget and it shows in places, you'll here the same sound effects A LOT and there's only ambient songs.
Even with a good PC sometimes you'll see frame drops.
No vSync (frame tearing breaks immersion sometimes)
Not many npc models/voice actors

I like this game but you know what they say... Like hurts.

I would definitely recommend this game. It feels like a very satisfying arcade shooter with an interesting story.The whole thing is narrated and I quite licked that but I would think some might find it annoying. I picked it up off the winter sale and I am glad I did. I'd give it a solid 7.5-8/10.
