capcom put "input buffer" on every character but one, online people can combo out of hitstun. the game actively changes QCB inputs it reads into HCB without needing the forward diagonal. Zangeif can level 3 super while being grabbed.

capcom is actively ruining their franchise to make this unplayable mess more "accessible"
