Seriously though, the one and only feature lacking that would make this 1000% more realistic is (unfortunately) shoplifters. Let me hire a security guard named Greg that will mercilessly rush tackle a thief spotted from across the shop and I will update this to a 10/10.

You either die to alien spiders or live long enough to be forcibly ejected from your ship into outer space by your own job for not meeting the profit quota.
