Well... even long after release there's still significant bugs with quests & the physical world... my character would often get hung up on parts of the map, eg transition from floor to ramp... Sometimes quest triggers would fail leaving them unable to be completed. The fix for this is to just reload from your last save.

Bugs aside, it's still a very enjoyable game, with the same mechanics as the rest of the franchise.
If you're into loot hording then you'll love this game.
