Good game and worth picking up if you like puzzle dialog trees. It was a pretty fun game with only one part that I found really frustrating where i almost quit. Most the dialog trees make sense instead of some games where saying something gets a reaction you aren't prepared for.

Some of the side mechanics of keeping the public, press, state and your team happy could have been explained a little more. I wasn't quite sure what choices impacted the public and what trade offs were in place.

The game length was good because if it was much longer, i think it would start to feel too repetitive.

I picked this up with the holiday sale and right off the bat there are Issues with the validation key, such that you have to play offline or go through the hassel of trying to send emails etc. The gameplay isn't anything special, and in all honesty I have played better indie games than this that are available for less money.

If you are on the fence like I was, I would just skip it.

I played through the first world and got 100%, I even got wood boy. Then I went on to world 2 and the dark world/glitch stage are killing me. I can't tell if this game is going to get the better of me and I will give up, or if I will keep going. I new it was a tough game, but oh man. For the price, I would recommend people pick this game up. Its pretty fun, and even if you only get through the first world, it is really enjoyable.

I played this game a few times. In the end, I think it is flawed in a lot of ways. In order to play it well, you essentially are forced to play through multiple times and fail. You need to learn what events happen when and plan accordingly. I guess you could say that a game like Super Meat Boy is similar, in that you are forced to replay levels over and over in order to learn how to beat them, but the difference is that a skilled player has the ability to navigate an unplayed level with success.

This game doesn't seem to have any skill involved. You just experiment until things go right. There are ways to manipulate the bonuses in order to get skill points where you want them. But it takes a few play throughs to learn what bonuses are associated with what moods, and what events take place that require you to have certain skills at certain times, and then by the time you figure it out, I really felt like I knew the story enough and I didn't care enough to play it again.

I did sink a fair number of hours into this game, and usually that is the sign of a game I enjoyed, but this one left me feeling annoyed that there was no payoff at the end. I didn't get better, I just learned what happened when, and the experience is utterly forgettable.

IF this was the studios first project, I am really excited to see what they do next. For a kickstarter project, this game is really polished. The controls feel really good once you get used to them. I am playing with a 360 controller for PC and now I wish that all my old experiences with space sims were with this type of controller. The dual joysticks really work well for giving you yaw. I really like that they have different ship types and didn't focus exclusively on the Strike Suit. Playing the Bomber or Interceptor was really enjoyable and added more variety and depth to the missions. It was kind of nice that they control how much time you can spend in the mecha form, but I think if they would of balanced that form better, there wouldn't of been the need. I just have a hard time with it being a sci-fi genre and them saying you need to charge the suit by shooting stuff. Why not just have it be a thermal cool down thing or something.

The story isn't overly exciting, the main character is just a name, although they are trying to manufacture a bit of a story with him. The story doesn't add too much depth to the game, other than serving as a minimal segway to different types of missions. But the gameplay is really fun, and the graphics are really beautiful. It feels really amazing when you barrel role over to the underside of a capital ship after making a turret run over the top. It really feels like you are playing in one of the epic sci fi movie battles. I don't think I have had a game get this right before.

If you are into the space combat sim genre, check it out. The mech suit transformation is what this game brings to the table, along with updated controls, graphics and sound. It makes me wish these guys had a license to redo wing commmander or tie fighter, they just need a few new writers.

I really like this game. You are essentially faced with a challenge every 20-80sec, and everytime you mess up, it just makes you want to try that much harder.

It's not just the gameplay that makes it enjoyable, I really liked the addition of so many details that added to the immersion of the game. You really get a sense of what life might be like in an eastern european country during the cold war. If the game had none of the extra details added, it would be a waste of time and money, but those extras really show how a simple game can be made to be so rich and full of depth.

I also liked that although you are essentially doing the same thing over and over, there are little additions that you keep aware of the larger story and allow you to make subtle decisions that impact the ending.
